At Daedo, we are committed to providing high-quality martial arts gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment and apparel remain in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Daedo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned sports equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
